What are the services provided?

Here is a list of common services:

  • Advertising on our multiple media.
  • Find a solvent tenant of good moral character.
  • Establish leases and inventory.
  • Collect rent.
  • Pay the rent to the owner, either by check or by transfer and every month on a fixed date.
  • Ensure that premises and installations are maintained in good condition.
  • Inform the owners in the event of a change of tenant to allow the property to be sold, if necessary.
  • Inform owners when work is necessary and it is not to be charged to the tenant.
  • Request quotes and submit them.
  • Pay maintenance invoices, provision of charges.
  • Manage the different stakeholders.

  • 6% excluding tax on the collection of rents and charges.
  • Rate adjustment from 5 apartments at the same address or 7 at different addresses.
